  We are currently experiencing the same problem and getting noresolution from customer service. You had our check, then sent someone
  to verify alock wa
  s still there after the check was cashed, even though wepaid the current bill infull wehave another disconnect notice.

  Online help istrash. Phone help istrash. After one month ofa late payment, they'll try toget anextra $50out ofyou for alock they'll put onyour water. Getting that information tothe tech before the weekend isnon-existent ifyou paid itbefore the weekend but after the deadline. Only after the lock isputon, does that information get towhere itneeds tobe. Then you get towait for some weekend warrior and the reliable phone help toget itturned backon. They are getting that extra $50outta menow. The plan worked. Don't spend itall inone place! Also ive been acustomer for over adecade. This isconsistent from when Ifirst moved into today. Like Comcast…until there isa choice, they don't have toimprove....… – show

  Customer service, either over the phone oronline isthe worst I've ever experienced. Look, weall get itthat asa home owner living inthe area covered byCovington Water, Ihave nochoice other than you but that does not mean you should goout ofyour way toprovide horrible service. Remember, you too are acustomer inyour own life and give toyour customers what you would want from your service providers.

  Turned mywater off for anupgrade. Told methe water would beoff 8am to5PM. They didn't show till 2pm. It's now 1030atnight. Nowater notoilet flushing nodishes nodinner noshowers.

  This company and their customers service isterrible! They are completely unreasonable and rude! Myaccount accidently got paid twice and when mybank pulled back the duplicate payment they charged usa $35fee! Never been charged afee for over paying! They never sent usa bill for the $35fee just athreatening noticed. They got their money twice and still wanted tocharge the fee and absolutely refused towork withus! Tobad wecan switch companies!

  Never signed upfor autopay and myprofile even indicates that Iam not signed upforit, yet Iwas charged byautopay 4days after paying mybill and they won't refundme. The amount will just beapplied tomy next bill.. in2months.

  This isthe worst company you will ever beforced todeal with. They truly thrive onyour pain. Ifthis was anormal company they would atleast try tokeep their customers happy. This place looks for ways toscrew you over atall costs. I've dealt with them for 10years oncommercial and residential jobs and itnever seems toevery get any better. Everything isbased onpenalties and outrageous fees and when you try toexplain orhave areasonable conversation italways goes to“You don't wantyour water lockedup, that would cost you alot more” everything isa gotcha with these corporate criminals.… – show

Not only dowe pay forit, weare paying for Poison. watch the Great Culling: our water, tounderstand how toxic Sodium Fluorideis. Wanna hear something funny? Because they have adeal with the city ofTacoma that means the city ofTacoma dictates our water supply. Sobecause Tacoma voted like abunch ofidiots toput Fluoride inthe water, weare gettingit.   Absolute worst. Itis horrible that wehave topay companies like this for our most basic life source. Itis horrible that wehave topay asmuch aswedo, the prices this company charges are ridiculous. Toadd insult toinjury our politicians need toget companies like this under control. Customer service ishorrible. Weshould all begoing and digging our own wells and supplying our own water because this iscompleteBS.
