How do I check my Home Depot gift card balance?
Home Depot gift cards are an excellent choice for any reason or during the holiday season. DIYers know these gift cards are fun to receive and to give. Purchase them at our brick-and-mortar stores or online at homedepot.com. If you receive a gift card, you can check your gift card balance online or visit your local Home Depot store and ask a cashier to check the balance for you. Our gift cards can be used to shop online or redeemed in-store with no additional fees.
Does The Home Depot Daly City offer Curbside Pickup?
Yes, you can pick up Curbside Orders from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. using The Home Depot App.
Select "Curbside with The Home Depot App" at checkout when you shop eligible Store Pickup items. We'll let you know via email or text message when your order is ready at the store. Bring your valid, government-issued photo ID with you.
To pick up your Curbside Order:
1.Download The Home Depot App.
2.Before you get to the store, use the link in your "Ready for Pickup" email or text message to tell us you're on the way via the app.
3.After you arrive, park in a designated Curbside Pickup space, which is usually located near the front of the store.
4.Check in through the app to tell us you're here.
5.Wait for us to bring out your order and load it into your vehicle.

Painting Project Needs
I just want to thank the staff in the paint department for the knowledgable help during my most recent visit to the Daly City Home Depot. I always shop at this location and its because I'm always able to find what I need and can get in and out fairly quickly.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I was having a difficult time at self-service. An employee noticed, came right over, and processed my entire order, taking the time to show me step by step. Employee didn't leave until everything was done.One small complaint, I was looking for garden/work gloves that were scattered all over the store. Would have been nice to have them all in one place, to compare, and try on.

Dont waste your time with the Daly City Home Depot.
This is by far the worst Home depot in the Bay Area if you need any sort of assistance or specialty services. Dont waste your time with this store drive to the Colma store instead. Daly City has the worst customer service and Good luck getting anyone to pick up the phone. It will ring non stop.

Angela from Flooring and Bill from Electrical are truly the best employees! They had spent a ton of effort, helping me search for what I needed. Both had gone above and beyond, Katie, the supervisor, was a great help as well. This is my go-to store as Angela, Bill, and Katie had given me the best support I've ever received at a Home Depot.
